Fresco Centre of Precision Farming (CPF) is a revolution in the way vegetables are cultivated in India. This is made possible with Hydroponics. Commercial hydroponics is being done for the first time in India by Fresco.

Hydroponics is the art of growing without soil. Hydroponics provides a plant precisely with what it needs, when it needs it, this is what truly make it a Centre of Precision Farming.

Fresco CPF located at Shabad, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh is also the largest commercial hydroponics operation in India.

Hydroponics allows us to provide consumers with the freshest vegetables all year round with exceptional consistency in quality.

In addition to hydroponic farming, fresco has a continuous focus on post harvest handling, with regard to superior packaging developments and innovative solutions. Fresco has introduced innovative breathable bags for the retail segment that ensures long lasting freshness of products.

Once harvested all vegetables are sent to our state-of-the-art packing facility with minimal handling, in order to retain the freshness and reduce wastage. From here they are packed in our innovative breathable bags and are dispatched to their destinations. Products reach their end destination within 24 hours from the time of harvest.

Collaborative farming is an integral part of fresco operations in India. Fresco has a dedicated division for training farmers and providing technical support to collaborative farmers.
